I was absolutely honored to have had work featured in the VR Burn & reBURN (a 2nd show) in The Wave across the 7th & 14th of December 2019. It was a large art and music festival presented by the VR Art Live! Community & held entirely in VR - an immersive creative and social experience delivered in The Wave with options to attend 'in-person' by using a compatible HMD, or using a PC/Mac/Mobile device to veiw/attend in 2D. ReVerse Butcher was enlisted by the Women in Music Festival 2019 to make 2 new graphic notation works in March as part of their inaugural event. ReVerse Butcher, March 2019, Visual Art response to Jennifer Higdon's "Dash". Sold to private collector. This first artwork, "Dash" is A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) in size, on Canson Montval Medium Cold Press watercolor paper stock (185 gsm). Made with watercolor, ink, pencil, & acrylic this artwork responds directly to Jennifer Higdon's complex and wonderful composition "Dash", and was projected live as a time laps as Plexus played the piece at the Women in Music Festival 2019.
